Timeline of Events

I suppose that since I’m making one every week in our OOC blog for the roleplayers, I might as well post our Timeline publicly as well so it doesn’t seem as if we’re ignoring any of our followers’ questions. As it has been for the past handful of weeks, we’ll be playing out the events of the episode throughout this upcoming week. The Timeline is as follows:

Monday: Mr. Schue calls the glee club to the auditorium to announce their Regionals competition, Brittany announces the meteor.

Tuesday: Mr. Schue comes up with the “Last Chance” assignment for glee club this week, Ryder talks to Jake about his meeting with ‘Katie’, Brittany and Sam’s scene with Lord Tubbington in Brittany’s room.

Wednesday: Ryder finds and sings to ‘Katie’ at school and she tells him someone is catfishing him, he confronts Marley and Jake in the hallway, the glee club performs “More Than Words” to Lord Tubbington. That night, Coach Beiste reveals her feelings for Mr. Schue.

Thursday: Ryder and ‘Katie’ plan to meet up outside the choir room tomorrow afternoon, Brittany calls the astronomy club members together and disbands the club. Glee club rehearsal takes place, Mr. Schue invites Coach Beiste to join them, the shooting happens.

Friday: Locker checks and everything were probably actually done overnight. Realistically, the school would be shut down until Monday and the police would look over everything and install the cameras/metal detectors before school on Monday, but hey this is Glee! So Friday, Sue takes the fall for the gunshots and is fired. Blaine and Tina’s conversation in the hall, Jake and Ryder confront Kitty about the ‘Katie’ thing, Schue and Beiste talk, Sam shows Brittany his recent shelter rescue Lady Tubbington, Schue talks to Sue, Ryder waits for ‘Katie’ outside the choir room and later joins the glee club in their performance of ‘Say’.

I realize that realistically the school would be shut down until Monday while the police searched the school and McKinley had metal detectors and security cameras installed, but we’re just going to follow the episode as closely as possible and I don’t want this week’s events to bleed into next.

Is your Rachel Berry still opened? And what is her endgame?

She is not, actually. As for endgames, there aren’t really endgames at Askagleek. This is a canon roleplay, meaning we follow the show as closely as possible, so whoever Rachel ends up with on Glee is who she would end up with here.

Answer this question IC and first person (minimum 100 words): The way that I describe myself is misunderstood. I mean, high school is the time to be finding my place in high school, and how can I do that when I’m shunned for being who I am? When I’m not Unique, I lose all the confidence that I usually have, and I sort of shut down. Unique brings out the fire in me – she makes me feel like a totally different person.

How Unique would describe herself on the other hand is sassy, fierce and Beyonce’s prodigy. When I’m her, I’m the ultimate diva, and I like it. I like the attention that comes from being Unique, and I like feeling more like who I am instead of the facade I put on for high school.

What are you proudest of in your life?

Mmhmm, I think we can all answer that! For Unique, winning MVP just confirmed that she was a better choice for being the New Rachel. And that she was also a better diva.

How would you like to be remembered?

I want to be remembered for bein’ the biggest diva out. For bein’ a great singer and not for bein’ transgendered. I mean, I’m not ashamed of who I am, I don’t want to be remembered for it. And also for bein’ a glee club legend. Believe me, babies, it’ll happen!

What is your earliest memory?

Definitely singing along to Destiny’s Child songs when I was a kid. I made up a routine to Survivor when I was six and my mom laughed and thought it was cute. My dad wasn’t that happy though.

Actually, she’s been having a lot of issues with Tumblr’s new set-up and the conflict it has with Missing E, which makes roleplaying a lot less of a hassle. I don’t know what browser Santana uses, but we’ve exchanged messages and I told her about USer-Agent Switcher, so hopefully we can get her back in business soon.

Greetings, my fans and admirers! I’m the one and only Rachel Barbra Berry, current student at the New York Academy of Dramatic Arts and future Broadway star. I’m going to assume that you’ve already read about me on all of the NYADA blogs and forums, but I’ll give you a brief rundown of what it’s like to be me.

I’m 18 years old and from Lima, Ohio, and while that town may hold a few fond memories, I’m definitely letting go of it and embracing my new life here in New York City. I’m living in Bushwick with my best gay, Kurt Hummel, and my gorgeous boyfriend, Brody. As I know you’ve heard, I just recently won NYADA’s winter showcase, which no freshman has even been invited to in 7 years. So needless to say, New York is treating me incredibly well, and it’s absolutely wonderful to finally be living out my dreams.

How has your life been different than what you imagined?
To be totally honest, my life right now is everything that I’ve ever imagined it to be. I’m in New York City, at an incredible performing arts school, pursuing my dreams. This is exactly what I’ve been pushing myself towards since I was 2. My high school years didn’t exactly go the way I thought they would — I never thought I’d be dating the quarterback of the football team (or almost marrying him!), I never thought that I would have become so close with so many of the people I was friends with in high school.. but! it all helped push me to where I am today, and for that I am eternally grateful.

How would you like to be remembered?
I would like to be remembered, and will be remembered, as the biggest Broadway star in history. I will be remembered as the girl from small town Ohio, who was doubted by everybody and had everything thrown at her, but powered through and proved them all wrong!

What does your future hold?
Stardom. One day, Rachel Barbra Berry is going to be synonymous with Broadway. I can guarantee that!

Answer this question IC and first person (minimum 100 words): Hi, I’m Quinn Fabray, and I’m actually having a hard time describing myself, so I’ll start with the obvious things. I’m 19 years old and currently living on my own. Last year I graduated from McKinley High, a school that gave me so many wonderful experiences, and at the moment I’m attending Yale University. That’s still a little crazy to write, even after all those months, but even though it’s overwhelming, it actually feels like home here.

I like to think of myself as a kind person, but I know that I have flaws and I make mistakes. People tend to see me as perfect, but my true friends are the ones that love me the most for my faults, and that’s a wonderful thing.

I’m still not entirely sure who I am, but I’m starting to figure it out slowly. I had a rough past, but I’m not ashamed of it and I’m having the time of my life right now because of that.

When in life have you felt most alone?

Several times, but mostly during my pregnancy in sophomore year. The little moments were the worst ones, like sitting in the cafeteria in my wide clothes and watching all the cheerios share a tomato salad without even looking at me twice or all the quiet breakfasts at the Hudson house with those judging looks from Finn’s mother right after he broke up with me. The most horrible experience I had at that time was when my parents kicked me out.

Also I felt really lonely when I saw all my Glee friends being in a relationship in New York. That pain wasn’t really about Finn, but about… everybody. It was very different to the pain I felt when I didn’t get a partner for physical education in middle school again or when Beth didn’t recognize me as her mother, but all experiences where really hurtful. But I got through it and now I’m stronger than I’ve ever been.

Do you have any regrets?

No, I don’t. I mean, look at me right now! Every mistake I made, every flaw I had has lead me to this and I couldn’t be happier. I have amazing friends, I’m attending the school of my dreams, my hair looks fine again and, most importantly, I finally found a man who can keep up with my standards and acts mature. This wouldn’t have happened if I acted differently in the past. So no, I regret nothing. ~~Not even slapping Rachel at my junior prom.~~

Hello people of this fine planet. Apparently Tumblr is now a thing, and I am now in the loop. I really thought that social networking sites was for friendless losers or college dropouts still living with their moms, but now Tumblr just got a whole lot cooler since I’m joining. I am a sophomore at McKinely High, I’m soon-to-be head Cheerleader of the Cheerios and I’m a straight A student whose always on the honor roll. I am also a member of The New Directions, I’m not sure how that happened but it doesn’t total suck anymore. Although, I’m not sure why I’m still in that god forsaken club since we are done competing for the year. I’m loving high school so far, and I can’t wait to see what my upcoming years have in store for me… I know it’s nothing but the best because once you have God in your life, everything will be better.

Do you believe in god?

Of course I believe in the all might Jesus Christ. He is the one who brought us on this planet in the first place. He has helped me through rough patches in my life and continues to guide me in the right direction. He is powerful and truly amazing and people really need to start respecting him more…. No wonder certain people are going to end up going to hell!

How would you describe yourself as a child?

I was a very happy child. I was every parent’s dream child. I was obedient. I went to church every Sunday, read above my average reading level and brought home excellent grades every day. I was taught good morals and valuable life lessons that will pave the way to my bright and successful future.

What did you think you were going to be when you grew up?

I thought I was going to be a bunch of cliches when I grew up: Nurse, Singer, Actress, Reporter… etc. Now I know that I don’t control my future, God does… He has a clear path for everyone and I know that I will be successful in no matter what I do, all thanks to him.

Um, I’m Finn (Hudson), I don’t really know who I am or what I’m doing but I think I’m getting there (at least that’s what my mom tells me). I used to play football and basketball for my high school team, and I kind of miss it but it’s hard to find a team when you’re not at college. I’m a step-brother to Kurt and my whole family is kind of awesome..they’re the best thing in my life right now. I play drums and sing in the shower. Oh, and yeah, I coach McKinley’s Glee club and we’re headed to Regionals right now, which is all kinds of cool.

It’s been said that after they pass away, the most important people in our lives “live within us.” Is there anyone from your past that lives within you?

Yeah, my dad. He’s kinda always there, whatever I’m doing (it can get kind of awkward..like, if you know what I mean). My mom always made sure his picture was in the house, and she always asked my questions about him, so he never really left me. When I found out how he died last year I felt betrayed and got scared that I’d grow up to be him, but now I know he was a good guy who just saw some bad things and went down the wrong path. I think he’s in me even more now than before I knew that, because I want to make sure someone remembers him for the dad he could have been, not the drug guy.

When in life have you felt most alone?

This is pretty personal..it was after Rachel came to Ohio to tell me we were over. When she left me I was all alone on stage in this huge auditorium and I just felt torn apart. Like, I wasn’t even there to keep me company, there was part of me missing. Even backpacking through Georgia I didn’t feel so alone.

Who has been the biggest influence on your life? What lessons did that person teach you?

My mom, obviously, she taught me how to be me. I wouldn’t even know how to eat if she hadn’t taught me that (and eating it like, important for life). She taught me way more than just practical stuff, though, she taught me how to feel and that it wasn’t weak if you were a guy who cried and felt stuff.

Other people have really helped me too. I wouldn’t be the guy I am now if I hadn’t met Kurt in Glee club. It wasn’t because my mom taught me bad that I didn’t understand being gay for a while, it’s more like I needed to see some things for myself before I could accept them. I know that’s a crappy excuse for being a bully, but I had too many hormones and football players around me in high school to make good decisions. I’m glad Kurt taught me how awesome people can be, even if they’re not the same as you.

What was the happiest moment of your life? The saddest?

The happiest..seeing my mom and Burt getting married, and Rachel accepting my proposal. Saddest..every time I think about my dad, and when Rachel told me we shouldn’t speak again.
